Issues with Provider PIN and work order check-in
Incident Report for ServiceChannel
We are currently investigating an issue where some Techs are not able to check-in or out of a Work Order using their PIN. Our Call Center is available 24 hours a day to assist with this situation. We have a team of engineers working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available.


All services are confirmed running as expected. We consider this incident to be resolved.
